In a world of constant changes please note that our costs are merely informative as all services must be confirmed at the time of the booking. All prices are subject to change until the time of booking. Hotel availability and prices cannot be guaranteed until booked and may not be fully protected at the time of the quote. Some hotel rates fluctuate almost every day.

• Restaurant reservations as part of our travel planning. To ensure the best options, we recommend confirming any restaurant bookings or changes at least 15 days before arrival. After that, availability may be limited — especially at sought-after venues — and we cannot guarantee results, though we’ll always do our best.

Our services never include:

• Anything not listed in the itinerary
• Laundry expenses
• Telephone, Fax & Internet Charges
• Room Service
• Excess Baggage Charges & Porterage
• Passport and Visa fees
• Personal and Travel Insurance
• Optional Excursions and Upgrades
• Gratuities of any kind
• Any item specified as “Not booked through Made for Spain & Portugal”

Yes, if we have availability! We specialize in customized trips, so last-minute planning depends on timing and complexity. If you’re flexible, we’ll do our best to create something special — just send us your dates and preferences.

We don’t have a fixed minimum spend, but our trips typically start from around €2,000 per couple per day on average. This doesn’t mean every day costs the same — it’s just a general reference for the overall trip.

While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend booking your hotel through us. When you do, you gain access to exclusive benefits such as priority upgrades, early check-ins, late check-outs, and personalized amenities—perks you wouldn’t receive when booking independently. Plus, if any issues arise, our team takes care of them immediately, ensuring a seamless experience.

Additionally, please note that we apply the same policies as those in place when booking directly with the hotels.
