These Terms & Conditions are intended as a general overview of how we operate. Fully detailed terms are provided as part of each proposal and booking confirmation.
A CUSTOMIZED APPROACH
At Made for Spain and Portugal, every journey is designed from scratch. No two trips are alike — and neither is the way we plan them.
Each itinerary is carefully crafted based on the travellers preferences, pace and priorities. As a result, availability, pricing and conditions may vary depending on the services selected and the moment of confirmation.
PRICING
All booking requests are quoted in Euros and reflect the best available conditions at the time of the proposal. While we always aim to maintain quoted rates, prices may be subject to adjustments due to external factors beyond our control, such as changes in accommodation rates, transportation costs, or government-imposed taxes.
Any modifications to a confirmed itinerary may result in a revised proposal.
BOOKING & SECURING YOUR JOURNEY
To confirm a booking and guarantee availability, a deposit is required. The exact amount will be specified in each proposal depending on the services involved.
The remaining balance is typically due 40 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of departure, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
For bookings of €5,000 or less, full payment is mandatory at time of confirmation.
PAYMENTS, WITH COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection to guarantee privacy and data protection. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club, with no additional fee for credit card payments.
The cardholder must be over 18 years of age and legally authorized to contract the requested services.
Any currency exchange or transaction fees applied by banks or credit card providers are the responsibility of the client.
Services are only confirmed once payment has been received.
We will only provide payment instructions through our official channels. We will never request alternative payment methods or offer incentives to change them. If anything seems unusual, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are always here to assist.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because each journey is uniquely designed, conditions vary depending on the services included and the timing of the cancellation.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Certain services (such as tickets, special access experiences, or pre-paid arrangements) may be non-refundable.
Should plans change, postponing or rescheduling a trip is reviewed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to applicable fees.
No refunds apply for unused services, cancellations made after the trip has begun or early departures for any reason.

ITINERARY CHANGES
While we make every effort to deliver the confirmed itinerary as planned, adjustments may occasionally be necessary due to operational or external factors. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
We strongly recommend that travelers have appropriate travel and health insurance coverage, including trip cancellation and interruption protection.

By confirming a booking, clients agree to the specific Terms & Conditions provided as part of their individual proposal and quote.
